I’m Sindhura Ravindra, a design and research consultant with 9+ years of experience across qualitative research, behavioural design, visual communication, and human-centered strategy. I work at the intersection of insight and action, translating complex human behaviours and systems into practical, high-impact solutions.
 

I lead end-to-end qualitative, behavioural, and mixed-methods research across enterprise platforms, consumer products, healthcare, and services. I partner with product, design, and business teams to turn research into product, service, and organizational strategy, with experience across organizations including Carrier International, Mars Petcare, PepsiCo, Unilever, and Brenntag. I have also worked across global health and development, spanning markets in India, Sub-Saharan Africa, and North America.
